ShopCenter Tilting Router Table - "It does so much more!" - continued

  Now cut the dovetails on the ends of each rail.

Set the tilt to 90o...this way the rails will lie flat on the table. This is a much safer and more accurate way to cut longer pieces than to run them vertically as you would have to with standard router table.

   Turn crossfeed until bit is at “zero” point. I use a scrap block and lay it flat on the table and crank the bit up until it just "kisses" the block.

  Then move crossfeed 3 ½ turns counterclockwise (ccw) raising the bit slightly.
